Designed for precision grinding and polishing, Diaflex combines a durable cloth base with the cutting power of diamond abrasives. Its flexible backing allows the sheet to conform to the work surface, making it suitable for a wide range of flat lapping.

Customers can choose from roll, disc or square formats in various sizes. The abrasive layer is produced with nickel bonding (N) for a stronger, more aggressive cut, or resin bonding (R) for a controlled, finer finish.

Standard supply is with a plain adhesive backing, while a magnetic backing is available upon request. Each grit size is colour-coded for quick visual identification.

• These rolls are used with the X2 Cross Hatch Machine to produce a precise and repeatable cross-hatch texture on carbide Bodymaker punches.
