Corporate culture is the core of the formation and development of a business's future. AMS always promotes human values because we believe that connecting and promoting internal values will contribute to putting the business on the right track. Since its establishment, AMS has constantly been building and promoting corporate culture with the goal of preserving core values in building the AMS team.

1. About AMS

AMS is an enterprise that provides machinery and equipment, as well as advanced solutions for businesses in the manufacturing sector. We help improve the productivity and efficiency of businesses through the use of high-quality components and products. Established in October 2005, AMS is proud to have provided manufacturing solutions to more than 100 customers. Additionally, AMS has exclusive connections and partnerships with suppliers from Europe and Asia, such as Heidenhain, Sandvik, Kemet, Hyperion, Norton, and others.

2. Corporate Culture at AMS

Corporate culture is a significant concern at AMS. We have always promoted the development of human values, creating a positive working environment since our establishment. AMS aims to build trust among its staff so they can contribute with peace of mind and create value for the business.

Our Values: There are five core values that all of our employees must believe in and work towards:

To do that, AMS focuses on developing the following activities:

2.1. Monthly Training

At AMS, we promote employee development, especially in the context of globalization, where changes in production are taking place extremely quickly, requiring our workforce to constantly improve their professional skills and thinking at work to adapt well to fluctuations.

Recognizing the importance and urgency of the issue, AMS organizes monthly training sessions for employees. The content of these sessions focuses on updating global production trends, with particular emphasis on Vietnam, customer needs, and new solutions and products from the brands AMS provides.

AMS believes that by providing timely knowledge updates for our staff, we will increase our competitiveness in the market. Our core goal is to offer customers the best solutions, quickly resolve any problems they encounter, and save costs.

2.2. Brand connection and promotion activities

In addition to training sessions within the company, AMS also collaborates with external organizations to host seminars for exchanging information and sharing experiences with business partners and customers. These seminars provide AMS staff with valuable insights through knowledge exchange, helping them build a comprehensive foundation and contributing to improved work efficiency.

2.3. Team Building

Every year, AMS maintains travel trips to various locations across the country. The purpose is to help staff balance their mental health after a stressful working period. Team building activities create a bond among company members, allowing them to spend time together—eating, biking, living together, and more. This helps eliminate awkward distances and fosters closeness and intimacy. Team-building games enhance understanding, improve teamwork skills, and build strong solidarity among employees.

In 2024, AMS and Heidenhain staff traveled to the Mekong Delta. This activity helped strengthen the connection between AMSand the brand, as well as increase solidarity among all employees. During the trip, members enjoyed valuable bonding moments and activities together. AMS is very pleased to have provided all employees with a relaxing experience after the stressful preparation period for the recent MTA Vietnam 2024 event.

2.4. Cultural Exchange

In addition to providing customers with effective and cost-saving production solutions, AMS also aims to introduce Vietnamese culture and history to foreign clients. These values are integrated into AMS's process of consulting and presenting the manufacturing industry in Vietnam.

Through trips, business visits, and participation in exhibitions, the AMS team is always ready to introduce Vietnamese culture to both domestic and international friends during exchange activities and development strategy discussions in Vietnam. AMSis confident and responsible for the development of the manufacturing industry in Vietnam. Therefore, through cultural exchange activities, AMS strives to integrate messages and promote community values.

3. Suggestion Box

The contribution of each employee is always valued by AMS. We believe that using a suggestion box can help AMS better understand its employees, quickly address the issues they face, and resolve problems. It serves as a valuable dialogue channel, allowing employees to freely share their opinions, make suggestions, and propose initiatives to improve working conditions and enhance mutual understanding.

Therefore, AMS always encourages and recognizes the contributions of its staff. This recognition serves as motivation for AMS to improve its working environment, enhance corporate culture, and provide feedback to each individual.
